Bunga Sejambak & Cincin Sepasang

Kalau mahukan kelainan bg bekas cinicin utk majlis yang berlangsung boleh la cuba "idea" di bawah. Ni sebenarny kes Cik Malas datang bertandang. Tapi kena siapkan juga memandangkan majlis 2 esok... tettt. 

Bahan2 DIY utk bekas cincin 2 sebenarnya cukup tapi mmg da x larat so, ambik la jln pintas utk bt. Yg penting sedap mata memandang... koff. Tenaga DIY kmi abis dkt sirih junjung... Punya pyh nk buat... Sdh la daun sirih dia x cantik.. hehehe... 

Mmg kerja pemalas kn... Mama da book mo tlg pegang ni ja esk. 

Pinjam tangan adik kejap.. 

Da siap ikt cincin 2 dgn riben bru teringt yg ada rama2 lebihan hantaran lain. Kmi ubah balik tp x smpt snap pic... Klu ada sapa2 B2B yg mau cpt bole la cuba idea ni.. hehehe...

Good Habits that Help Weight Loss ~

Note to self:

• Eat a nutritious and balanced breakfast everyday. If you're trying to shed some KG, never skip breakfast as it is the most important meals of the day that keep you energetic throughout your day. 

• Eat 4 - 5 small meals everyday. It helps to satisfy hunger and refrain you from snacking, especially on tidbits and junk food. Tidbits and junk foods were always hard to resist!! 

• Try to eat a fruit (e.g. apple, banana) before dinner. I totally skipped dinner actually. 

• Reduce seasoning and cut down on oil, salt and sugar please. No carbonated drinks ladies.  

• Chew slowly and thoroughly. 

• Eat natural and organic food tough they might cost a bit expensive. 

• Whenever you have a choice, order steamed food.

• DRINK A LOT OF WATER. It's one of the most underrated but highly effective tips to weight loss.

As an ex B2B, I found it traumatizing to look as good for the big day. The pressure to lose some weight is THERE (whether you like it or not) and it can be really stressful (not to mention the stress for the wedding stuffs...). 

But there's nobody to blame but ourselves right? You wouldn't believe it if I tell you I couldn't fit into my Nikah attire after it's done. It left me with no other choices but to CONTROL my food intake... or in other words, DIET!!!

So, from someone who gain just 7KG after I successfully delivered my clothes to the tailor, I went on losing 9KG just before the wedding. Of course it doesn't happened overnight or in 2 weeks but it took me 3 months to get the figure I once had. 

So, there's really no short cut in losing weight...

Let's Go RAINBOW Sis!

My only sister recently announced that she's getting engage. She's 5 years younger than me by the way. So, when we're alone, I asked her one common question that you might have encountered before... "What's your theme?" I know she hated that question because she's not a very feminine girl in the first place. As expected she shook her head and throw me a bitter smile. 

At first she said "I'm gonna go for Mint Green + Champagne". (She's always a green lover...) But then she asked for my opinion afterwards. I proposed Polka Dot for her theme, but cancelled the idea as her friend's sister already used that theme for her wedding. Then I looked at her and jokingly said "Rainbow color. It'll be fun since no one ever done that here before..." Then, with her big eyes she looks at me with amusement but didn't say anything in return. Hmm.. she's considering it perhaps? Finger cross....  :-p

Poppy Red Wedding Anyone?

Anybody pick Poppy Red as their wedding color theme? Anyone? Well, I remember ignoring RED color for my wedding because I thought its the 'least expected' color choice among invited guests. And I honestly regreted it by now.... Why?

I've attended several weddings the past few years & I can only recalled attending one friend's wedding with Black & Red theme. I've attended so many Purple + Pink, Blue + Pink Theme, Silver + Blue, White + Purple.. As far as I'm concern 2010 - 2012 was all about purple.... & there's no doubt that Purple is a really nice color. 

So, why neglect Red? Ok, maybe its common but as far as I could remember, Red is not really a popular choice among B2B.. heee... If you're still undecided of your color, then why not try red? If you think red is not compatible for your skin color (your future husband too), who say theme color is only for your wedding dress? :)
